Will there be provision of accessible play space for the new development and will the development promote opportunities for sport and physical activity through good design?
This question applies to medium and large residential developments; all mixed developments; all office/retail developments; medium and large industrial developments; and clearance/remediation works.
The Government announced that as part of its new policy on economic development all Regional Development Agencies, including Advantage West Midlands, will close.
